Exclusive territorial rights to every blight redevelopment, demolition contract, and cleanup opportunity in your state — one operator, one state, unlimited potential.
Three pillars of territory ownership that build compounding revenue streams.
You are the only BLIGHT FORCE™ operator in your state. Zero competition from the network. Every municipal contract, every demolition opportunity, every redevelopment deal in your state flows through you — exclusively.
Every county in your state is a revenue node. As projects execute across all 3,143 counties nationwide, your state's counties generate ongoing participation income — whether you personally execute the project or not.
Beyond demolition and cleanup — own the redevelopment upside. Your territory rights include participation in brownfield-to-buildable conversions, land banking deals, and infrastructure redevelopment projects across your entire state.
A four-tier revenue waterfall — from national contracts down to individual projects, your state territory captures value at every level.
We select serious operators only. These requirements ensure every territory holder can execute at scale.
Sufficient capital to secure your territory and fund initial project execution. Operators must demonstrate financial readiness to mobilize within 90 days of territory assignment.
Relevant background in construction, demolition, real estate, municipal contracting, or property development. We train on systems — you bring the industry DNA.
State-level operations require more than one person. You need a core team or the ability to build one. BLIGHT FORCE™ provides systems, training, and vendor networks — you provide leadership.
Our team reviews every application individually. Strong motivation and capital can offset experience gaps.

Everything you need to know before applying for your state territory.
Completely exclusive. BLIGHT FORCE™ grants one and only one Master Operator per state. No other operator from our network can solicit contracts, market services, or execute projects in your state without your authorization. Your exclusivity is contractually protected for the full term of your territory agreement.
Full operational support: BLIGHT FORCE™ Systems access (contract database, property tracking, municipal contact lists), onboarding training, bid preparation support, marketing templates, legal and compliance frameworks, and a dedicated territory success manager. We also provide access to our national vendor network for equipment, crews, and subcontractors.
Territory agreements are issued in multi-year terms with renewal options. Operators in good standing have the right of first renewal. Territory rights are also transferable — you can sell or assign your state territory to a qualified buyer, subject to BLIGHT FORCE™ approval. This makes your territory a genuine business asset with resale value.
No. Many state operators build a team and leverage subcontractors for project execution. Your role as Master Operator is to manage relationships, win contracts, and oversee operations — not swing a sledgehammer on every site. The county revenue participation model also generates income from projects that your approved sub-operators execute within your territory.
You can select an alternate state in your application or join our waitlist for your preferred state. If a territory becomes available (operator exit, non-performance clause, etc.), waitlisted applicants are notified first. We recommend applying early — available states are being claimed quickly as the program scales nationally.
Yes. Operators who demonstrate strong performance in their first state may apply for a second territory at a discounted acquisition rate. Multi-state operators gain access to regional development deals, larger federal contract bids, and enhanced revenue participation structures. We encourage expansion once your initial territory is operating profitably.
Initial review takes 48 hours. Qualified applicants are then scheduled for a territory discovery call with our team. After the call, approved operators receive their territory agreement within 5–7 business days. The full process from application to signed agreement averages 2–3 weeks for most applicants.
