Each state territory grants a single licensed operator the exclusive right to access BLIGHT FORCE™ contracts, databases, leads, and partnership networks within that state's borders. Unlike franchise models, there are no per-contract royalties — operators keep 100% of earned revenue.

Application Process and Timeline
