Key Highlights
  • 12 new states added to BLIGHT FORCE™ territory network
  • Combined market opportunity exceeds $18 billion in contracts
  • Territories available on first-come, first-served basis
  • Full operational support included for new state operators
  • Onboarding begins July 2026 for approved applicants

In what industry analysts are calling the most significant single-event expansion in blight redevelopment infrastructure history, BLIGHT FORCE™ has officially opened exclusive territory rights across twelve new states, bringing the program's total coverage to 38 of 50 states nationwide.

The expansion — announced at a private operators' briefing in Washington D.C. — responds to surging municipal demand for qualified blight remediation operators in regions that have historically lacked organized, professionally managed demolition and cleanup infrastructure.

Which States Are Now Available?

The twelve newly released states span every major region of the continental United States, with particular emphasis on Rust Belt and Sun Belt markets where blight concentration is highest relative to existing remediation capacity:

Montana
Wyoming
North Dakota
South Dakota
Nebraska
Kansas
Oklahoma
Arkansas
Mississippi
Alabama
West Virginia
Vermont

The Market Opportunity

According to internal projections reviewed prior to publication, the combined addressable market across these twelve states represents an estimated $18.4 billion in demolition contracts, remediation projects, and redevelopment fees over a rolling five-year period.

The figure is based on analysis of over 340,000 identified blighted properties across the twelve states, cross-referenced against current municipal budget allocations, federal infrastructure funding flows, and historical contract value data from existing BLIGHT FORCE™ territories.

"This is not a future opportunity — the contracts are already there. Municipalities are waiting for qualified operators. We're simply connecting the right people to the right territories."— BLIGHT FORCE™ National Operations Director

How Territory Exclusivity Works

Each state territory grants a single licensed operator the exclusive right to access BLIGHT FORCE™ contracts, databases, leads, and partnership networks within that state's borders. Unlike franchise models, there are no per-contract royalties — operators keep 100% of earned revenue.

Territory holders gain immediate access to:

  • The full BLIGHT FORCE™ national property database for their state
  • Proprietary municipal contract submission systems
  • Certified contractor networks and crew dispatch infrastructure
  • Direct referrals from federal and state housing agencies
  • Ongoing operational training, legal compliance support, and marketing systems
  • Priority access to future territory expansions and add-on county packages

Application Process and Timeline

Qualified applicants may submit territory applications immediately through the official BLIGHT FORCE™ online portal. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with preference given to operators who demonstrate existing infrastructure, contractor relationships, or relevant industry experience.

The formal onboarding and territory activation process is scheduled to commence in July 2026 for all approved applicants in this release cycle. Applications close when all twelve territories are claimed or on June 30, 2026 — whichever comes first.

Important: Territory availability is first-come, first-served. As of publication date, multiple states in this release have already received multiple applications. Interested operators are encouraged to apply without delay.

What Existing Operators Are Saying

Current BLIGHT FORCE™ territory holders in adjacent states have expressed strong support for the expansion, citing the positive effects of a broader, professionally managed national network on their own contract pipelines and municipal relationships.

The program's growth trajectory positions BLIGHT FORCE™ to achieve full 50-state coverage ahead of its original 2028 target — a milestone that would make it the first truly national blight redevelopment infrastructure system in American history.
